That sounds like classic Rosacea. Go see your doctor.Acne type of bumps on the cheeks, how to get rid of?
are they from shaving? anyway there is this stuff made by Paul Mitchell called tea tree oil whatever they are from this stuff will do the job just go to your local salon or beauty supply and ask for tea tree it doesn't even have to be the same name brand that is just a popular one good luck this stuff is awesome
proactive
i here proacive works..
First of all, not knowing your age:

Your hormones may be increased, especially if you are in your teenage years and going through puberty. Before menstruation in women, this is a common occurance. Washing your face after jogging is important as you sweat. I am a runner and know this is an important fact for sure!!

You may want to try some over the counter OXY pads (many different brands, no one better than the other), clearasil face wash-very good. These have medications in them that can have some control over pimples. Again, don't buy for name, but cost!

Basically, keep up your balanced life style. If I come up with a cure for this, I'll win the nobel prize for medicine! I'll let you know!
The best way to fix that sort of thing is to find whats causing it. Something you do throughout the day is causing that. You could be rubbing it alot out of habit, or using a certain type of soap to irritate it. Make sure you replace and wash your pillow case regularly and that sort of thing. Be aware and youll find the source.
use a good cream to hydrate your skin and reconstruct your cells elements...try artistry-amway!!!it works!!!but first go to a dermatolog...it could be an infection with Staphilococ...FIRST GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!
I've always used toothpaste (not gel) at night to help dry up bumps. It works well, you may have to do it a few nights in a row and really cake it on so the menthol can do it's thing.
i think you should ask you Doc. about it maybe your allergic to something or it might be the weather change.
i do not know hot to avoid them but i use a peel-off mask... i know you are a guy but it really does work...i use the peel off mask from bath and body works you would be suprsed at the stuff you get off your face with it... sorry that is the best that i can do...it only taks about 10 min to dry so it would not be on long
i have no idea why they appear, my mom used to do the toothpaste thing on me, it didn't really work, i think you should try proactive (i would) despite the cost. you sound like a very healthy person hopefully you'll find a cure.
dry skin--- moisturize with an oil free moisturizer like neutrogena's, or invest in proactiv.

i used to have bumps on my forehead. they started to clear up in 4 days with proactiv.

you need to wash your face before and after you exercise, but be sure to moisturize, because all of that washing will really dry you out.
