yea that's really bad, I would put toothpaste on that at night until they can get acne treatment. But using toothpaste dries it out so leave it on for a good 6 hrs, and then tell them to wash there face at least 2 times a day, and make sure they keep there hands out of there face to get rid of extra germs.
