I cant think of any foods off hand that produce it, i would suggest taking a supplement if you are lacking it in your normal diet.
Isn't sebum a sebaceous gland that helps your hair follicle. So if you are asking what helps promote the oil in your hair i would suggest olive oil! it has been long known that it can help improve skin and hair!
