Hey I get like sebum build up on my chin, like it's not a pimple but just a pocket full of sebum, I gently press it and sebums squirts out...I'm 14 is this normal?Sebum pocket things on face?
are you shaving and getting these red boil things? its a staph infection try neosporin a hot tea bag should help? draw it to a big head i always pop them on my BF with 2 q tips then i use alcohol and neosporin it works no PITS POCKETS sometimes the dr orders an antibiotic but your suppose to see a dermotologist, they have an acid rinse thing for acne and sometimes you go on antibiotic cause of acne? part of life greasy skin,

The more you pop it the more it will come back... The more you press on it as well the bigger it will get!
If you have a dermatologist it would be a good idea to get an appt lined up if it is big enough it can be removed by making a small incision to remove the sac that collects the sebum.
