Help! I have a terrible sebum build up on my scalp!?

I tried a ton of different products, lastly dial anti bacterial hand soap and I thought it was working. Wrong- there was major build up by this afternoon and I washed my hair twice with dial just last night. This is so gross - worse part my hair is getting real thin!Help! I have a terrible sebum build up on my scalp!?
