Put 10% benzoyl peroxide on them or if you have sensitive skin put 2.5% it will clear them up fast. It will dry out the area on your skin fast though.

I was having issues until I started using soap with sulfur in it. It's cheap but unfortunately it is hard to come by in stores, you'd have to buy it online.
