Sebum - not to be confused with Semen - is basically the oil on our skin.
It's also on our faces and when it gets stuck in our pores, we get acne, or pimples! Shampoo is designed to get rid of the oil from your hair which causes it to smell, look dirty, attract dust, dandruff, etc.
I don't think there is a shampoo that gains the amount of sebum from your head... and it shouldn't be doing that
Semen - not to be confused with Sebum - is the sticky white liquid that comes out when you ejaculate. That's another story.
