There's a small hole around the circle bit of my nipple that now & again fills up with white sebum?

Theres a few tiny lumps around the circle bit of my nipple and then theres this hole, and now and again a smallish soft lump develops next to it so when i press it sebum comes out of the hole. I have to squeeze it otherwise it becomes sore, is this damaging my breast and what could it be? Wow, that does sound strange...

Well, the best idea is to see a doctor. I know you're 16 and might be scared or intimidated, but you're better off just checking out鈥?There is no loss of anything by seeing the doctor鈥?have you told your parents or some friends?

You may want to go and have that checked out right away. It looks as if you may be developing the first stages of breast cancer or some sort of flesh eating disease. I'm not trying to scare you, but I've seen this before and it will move fast if not taken care of. Please go see a doctor today. The lumps developing around the circle don't sound safe either.
That hole is just a big pore. You're just getting little spots- you can get them on your boobs too, believe it or not!

You're okay, squeezing it isn't the best idea ever but if it's getting the crap out and stopping it getting really sore then it's fine. Just make sure you have clean fingers when you do it.
i was thibnking lactating

but now

just be calm and go see a doctor

talk to a nurse about it on the phone too to calm you down if your really scared
First of all - you haven't got breast cancer! People are just being idiots to try and scare you. It sounds like a very small cyst or lipoma (fatty deposit) but it could even be a pimple/ spot or a blackhead (yes you can get these on your boobs too!) But you shouldn't squeeze it - this is probably whats making it sore because when you squeeze it it gets a little infected.

What i would say is that this is all guesswork because i haven't seen it and for that reason you should get it examined by a doctor.
