I get these bumps, that doesnt come to a complete head and after squeezing them really hard, clear liquid comes out, but thats all. its very sore and tender.... and it seems as though it affects many pores next to eachother at the same time instead of just one.
any help?

If it is similar to this then go to a dermatologist they will give you medication for it.What type of acne is this?
Be careful about those. That kind of acne can lead to permanent scarring. My daughter gets those on her cheeks and she already has a few scars. She's been under the treatment of a dermatologist so her outbreaks are now less frequent and not as severe.
