I have excessive sebum on my scalp and face .The scalp is always itchy and the pores on my face become clogged

Ihave a very oily face and itchy oily scalp.The face becomes clogged with a white fatty substance (not whiteheads) which rises to the surface and can be easily removed but it soon fills up again.I have had this condition for over 45 years and have lost count of all the medications iv'e used. Nothing has worked.Does anyone have the same condition?I have excessive sebum on my scalp and face .The scalp is always itchy and the pores on my face become clogged
