Sebum question continued. How do you open up blocked pores?

Alright geniouses who posted on my last post. If acne is caused by sebum being trapped with bacteria because of a closed poor then why the heck would people tell you to wash your face and remove the sebum or for that matter try to stop sebum production. That is the most stupidest thing I have ever heard. Why wouldn't you want to go to the root problem of the pimple formation. Which is the blocked pores not letting the sebum enter through the poor freely?? The sebum actually helps acne. It is the blocked pores that cause it. If we can open up the pore then the sebum wont get trapped with any bacteria and the sebum will protect you from bacteria.Sebum question continued. How do you open up blocked pores?
you said in this post that you should wash your face to remove the sebum. The reason you should cleanse your face is to remove dirt which blocks the pore, causing sebum accumulation.

If anything blocks or hampers the flow of oil from the tiny pores leading from those glands to the skin's surface, it can lead to acne.

Your final statement 'If we can open up the pore then the sebum wont get trapped with any bacteria and the sebum will protect you from bacteria' is 50% correct. The bit about sebum protecting from bacteria is irrelevant.

Seriously, look up pimple formation before asking these questions.Sebum question continued. How do you open up blocked pores?
Ok.You asked for it.

The way I take care of that problem.I call it an ancor zit.(dermatoligists would go nuts if they knew I said this)

I take a tiny needle, sterilize it in alcohol, find the core and force the needle through.Hurts a little, but it works!Everything drains, and the spot heals in a few days. But 'one' has to hit the core.Don't want to make a new hole. Then wash the face.
my suggestion is take a steaming pot of water, put a towel over your head and hold it so when you put your face over the steam the towel helps hold the steam in. If you get too hot back away of course but the steam will help open the poors. and while your face is still warm I would use a peel off facial mask that when it dries it will help pull the bacteria out of your pores.

After that a nice facial lotion that doesnt clog pores (noncomediagenic?not sure how to spell it lol) would be an excellent idea.
Actually if you open up the pore then it is more likely that it will get trapped with bacteria and dirt, as you are exposing it to the air, which is full of flying dust particles, as well as bacteria.

Answering your question, opening up pores just requires steam treatment, which is when you get your face sorta sprayed with steam. The gradual warmth of the steam will cause your pores to open up.
