Small pitted holes on and around my nipples, when i squeeze them like sebum comes out - is this dangerous?

they're scarring and are sometimes really painfulSmall pitted holes on and around my nipples, when i squeeze them like sebum comes out - is this dangerous?
Sarah is right- they are montgomery glands and normal. Leave them alone, they will never go away. They are used to lubricate the nipples, you'll be happy you have them if you ever breastfeed.Small pitted holes on and around my nipples, when i squeeze them like sebum comes out - is this dangerous?
Are you sure that these aren't the mammary glands? Mammary glands appear on the areola and are bumps.

I used to think they were pimples or zits as well and tried to pop them as an early teen. A few times, stuff, much like a zit, would come out.

It also sounds like you're speaking about the Montgomery glands.

';[Montegomery Glands] are sebaceous glands in the areola (of the nipple). The glands makes oily secretions (lipoid fluid) to keep the areola and the nipple lubricated and protected.';

They're the little white dots that appear on your nipples.

If either of these are what you're talking about... stop squeezing them. They're normal. :)
If that's the case and it's painful...pls seek medical attention.
That is so gross. See a doctor quickly
