How can I make my scalps produce more sebum from the sebaceous glands?

I'm from Yemen and unlike my brother's, my hair is dry more or less like short afro hair. I want to make my hair permanently soother and soft and less importantly straighter?

I did a little research that people with smooth, soft hair produce more sebum from the sebaceous glands. Is there something to make mine do the same?

PLEASE NOTE: I am not asking for common topical hair products. This would probably be an oral supplement that effects the root cause. How can I make my scalps produce more sebum from the sebaceous glands?
Hot, humid climates which may stimulate the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum. Testosterone (an androgen hormone) targets the skin and sebaceous glands where sebum is produced. Testosterone combines with the enzyme, 5alpha-reductase, to produce dihydrotestosterone, which stimulates the sebaceous glands to produce increased volumes of sebum.

Jojoba oil, an excellent oil that can imitate sebum in your hair and penetrate the cuticles. Use only a few drops and spread it throughout the tips and dry parts of your hair (the scalp doesn鈥檛 need more oil!). You can also adjust your diet. Is it a surprise that a diet high in oily food and grease will result in a scalp filled with sebum? Cause and consequence, my friends! Drinking more water, eating more fruits and veggies, and consuming fewer alcoholic beverages can all reduce the amount of sebum your scalp produces, helping to solve half of your combination hair problem. What鈥檚 more, the extra water you drink will help to heal that dry hair at the same time.
